AI-Powered Nanoparticle Formulation Optimizer
NanoFormula AI is an intelligent prediction platform designed to accelerate pharmaceutical formulation research. By leveraging machine learning algorithms such as XGBoost and Random Forest, the platform predicts optimal nanoparticle formulations, reducing laboratory trials from nearly 30 experiments to just 5 while significantly improving research efficiency.

LC-MS Peak Picker
Developed during his research attachment at A*STAR Singapore, this application converts complex LC-MS output files into standardized .peaks files, enabling researchers to automate preprocessing and improve efficiency in mass spectrometry workflows.

Cancer Gene Expression Analysis
Designed an unsupervised machine learning pipeline to analyze gene expression data from over 800 patients and accurately classify five cancer subtypes using dimensionality reduction and clustering techniques.

AI for Lipidomics
Currently building an intelligent system capable of identifying lipid species directly from mass spectrometry data, extending traditional LC-MS workflows toward fully automated lipidomics research.
